whether items are kept intactly. If not, please refuse delivery. When the
parcel is returned to us automatically, we will confirm if the damage is
made during transportation. If yes, we will send you a new one of same model

you, please email us to get the shipping address where your parcel can be
returned to. We would have no responsibility for any missing parcel caused
