All orders on this site can be shipped free within 5-7 bussiness days.

Delivery is guaranteed! we will reship once at our expense if your shipment is lost or damaged . Your purchases will be sent directly by our distribution centers to your door. You will receive an email with your order number and your shipping tracking number. With this tracking number you can track the progress of your purchase online.

Returns or exchanges are permitted within two business day. All purchases must be free of wear and tear and must be thoroughly cleaned so that all dirt and debris is removed. Dirty packages will be returned to the customer, without evaluation.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Once we receive the item back (shipping charges must be paid by customer for the return), we will reship your requested exchange item back to you without charging any additional shipping fees.

All packages should be returned via a trackable method, such as USPS,UPS,DHL. we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Once we receive your return, please allow up to five business days to complete your exchange or refund.
